TTI SI Style Insights® v Thomas’ Personal Profile Analysis (PPA): A Validation Comparison Study
The purpose of this study is to compare the constructs of the TTI SI Style Insights®️ DISC model and the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessment. The results of the comparison show strong correlations between the major scales of the Style Insights and PPA.
